Gazprom Bonus Premium is the subscription with a exclusive set of partners and special offers. Available only to Gazprombank clients.
Before:
Poor Figma file organization, lack of a coherent knowledge base for designers.
After:
Gazprom Bonus Premium 101 knowledge base, implementation of color themes with variables in UI Kit, transparent userflows.
Project went through several iterations with major changes and friction in approval process. Design survived 3 recolors and an entire subscription section was canceled.
The need for a knowledge base quickly became a matter of success for the entire project.
Challenges
Important information was easily lost and distorted, despite documentation in Jira.
Risks
Slowind down pace and Figma files chaos.
My initiatives were: applying color and text variables, creating a knowledge base file.
Results
Increased speed of handover, smooth onboarding for new teammembers.
Figma variables can increase variables can speed up routine content tasks serving as data base.
High pace is only possible with organized and clean information
