Kommo is a SaaS messenger-based CRM. Quick and convenient pipeline, automation with a chatbot builder, and various integrations for your business.
In autumn of 2022 amoCRM Global became independent brand Kommo with a unique identity.
Ambitious project became exciting adventure for the whole team.

With rebranding decision made, team started to search design agency that we can rely on. We've made our choice on Embacy.
Collaborating with Embacy, we went through all brand identity process: from the general brand idea/message to character detalization and precise palette.
Rebranding pace was very high, and the teams were in close communication. It was a fascinating process that I will never forget.


We had to scale the new identity across multiple website sections and build Figma component library at the same time.
Developing illustration guideline with new characters and CRM UI was such a challenge.
